Our Guarantee of quality

All Bitchen Industries shirts start their life as the finest heavyweight 100% cotton tees. We generally use Hanes Beefy-Ts, though some colors and styles may only be available from other vendors. We inspect our shirts for mill defects and printing errors on manufacturing.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you can return it for exchange or a full refund. We'll send you replacement merchandise or a refund check; in either case, we'll pay the postage for your return.

A couple of exceptions:

1. Mystery Shirts are discontinued designs, and are sold "as-is"; we will, however, exchange if we shipped the wrong size.
2. We may also from time to time sell shirts labeled as "Rejects." "Rejects" are clearly represented as shirts with printing errors, minor mill flaws, or other errors, and are sold at a deep discount strictly on an "as-is" basis. All sales are final on shirts sold as 'Rejects.'
